Re-printing of the original poster made for the celebration of the popular French cigarette brand in 1990. The Gypsy packages were designed by Maurice Giot. It features Spanish symbols such as the tambourine and the mantilla.
During World War II, the gypsy dancer represented the brand; Mollusons designed it, with its wide skirt, and later Max Ponty revised the design, partly hiding the dancer in wisps of white smoke.
Mariscal brought his particular vision to bear when it came to representing this iconic image of the 20th century.
