The use of the purchase channels from the site www.mariscal.com implies the acceptance of these conditions. Mariscal.com understands that by making a purchase, the customer will have accepted without reservation the present general conditions of sale, conditions that he/she will have been able to read and accept previously.

Mariscal.com provides information, through this website, about its works and their characteristics. It does so with the utmost diligence and accuracy. For greater security and guarantees in favor of the customer. The information contained in the description does not bind the customer or Mariscal.com until confirmation of acceptance of the order.

Mariscal.com presents its works on the website with the colors and details as realistically as possible. However, the color that appears on the screen and other details may differ slightly from those of the artwork due to the technical process of reproduction and presentation on the web. The photographs give an image of the work, but have no contractual value, given the modifications that can be introduced without prior notice, in the packaging or certain parts. In case of doubt, please contact our technical department prior to purchase.

The amounts of each work are detailed with taxes and shipping included in Spain. The order will not be processed until the Customer presses "Accept" in the confirmation screen. The Customer may cancel or cancel the purchase process at any time, and abandon the process. Once the purchase has been confirmed and the payment has been made, within 24 hours the Client will receive a confirmation message detailing the amounts paid and the details of the work purchased.

Mariscal.com will not proceed to send the order until it receives confirmation that the Customer has made the payment.

The conditions regarding amounts and delivery times are fully valid for purchases made from European Union Member States. In the case of non-EU countries, the amounts indicated do not include customs duties or other amounts related to the procedures carried out by the customs services of the Customer's state of residence. Mariscal.com shall not be liable for any delays resulting from customs formalities.

The documents resulting from the purchase process will be kept in electronic format and will be permanently available to the Customer.

Although Mariscal.com tries to always have available the works listed on its website, exceptionally it may happen that the work requested by the customer is not available. In this case, Mariscal.com will inform the Customer of the period within which he/she will receive the selected product. In case of impossibility to provide the product Mariscal.com may propose to the Customer the shipment of a product of equivalent quality and price. The Customer may refuse these alternatives and Mariscal.com shall be obliged to immediately reimburse the amounts paid by the Customer.

Mariscal.com delivers its orders through a transport or courier company. The maximum delivery time will be 3 to 5 working days, from the dispatch confirmation. Mariscal.com will inform the Customer of any delays in delivery that may occur accidentally. Delivery is considered to have been made from the moment the carrier delivers the product to the customer.

It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that the order received is in good condition and, if necessary, to inform Mariscal.com of any incidents that may arise. The Customer may contact Mariscal.com who will assist him and propose a satisfactory solution for his interests. In the event of a return due to a defect or error in the shipment, all costs shall be borne by Mariscal.com. Returns will be accepted as long as the item has not been used and is delivered in the same conditions.

The Customer has a period of 7 working days to withdraw from the contract without having to give reasons. The period shall be calculated from the day of receipt. Before exercising the right of withdrawal, Mariscal.com will be able to assist the Customer to analyze the reasons and propose solutions that may satisfy the Customer's interest. In any case, returns of works will only be accepted if they are received in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The return of works and objects that have been made exclusively for the customer will not be accepted. Once the products have been received and their condition validated, Mariscal.com will proceed to refund the amount paid by the Customer within a period not exceeding 30 days. Shipping and return costs will not be refunded.

Personal data and information proving the purchase made by the Customer will be kept in electronic format. Personal data (name, e-mail address, address) will be included in a file created by Mariscal.com for the management of its commercial relations with its customers. They will not be transferred to third parties except in the cases provided for by law and may be used to send commercial information on products similar to those purchased by the Customer. At any time the Customer may object to the sending of this information. The Customer may also exercise his rights of access to data, rectification and cancellation by contacting Mariscal.com in the way that is most convenient for him.

How to buy

So that you can purchase your order with complete peace of mind, we explain in 3 simple steps how to do it:

Search: Find the products from the menu and the different categories or use the search engine to go directly to the product card you need.

2. Add: Add your products to your shopping cart and access your order summary from the PAYMENT AREA button.

3. Confirm: Review your products, fill in the requested information and follow all the steps before confirming your order and clicking the BUY button.

If you are already a customer, log in to identify yourself and follow the steps we will indicate to complete the purchase process.

The orders resulting from the purchase process are stored electronically and are always available to you in your purchase history: Your account > History and details of my orders.

We offer you different payment methods, totally secure, you choose.

Terms and conditions of shipment

For shipments to Spain (Peninsula, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands):

For the rest of the shipments, at the confirmation of the purchase, they are indicated according to the destination.

Shipments are delivered on business days. We consider business days Monday through Friday, not holidays. Remember that if you place your order on a weekend or holiday we will not process it until the next business day.

Return and exchange policy

You have 14 working days to return a product. If you have decided that you do not want it, you can return it, but remember that it must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

We will refund you the amount of the product. The return shipping costs are entirely at your expense.

In case the product you receive is not the one you ordered, is not in good condition or there is any other problem, please contact us within 14 days, by phone or email, and we will solve it as soon as possible.
