for Purchases

Use of the purchasing channels on www.mariscal.com implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Mariscal understands that by making a purchase, the customer has accepted these general terms and conditions of sale—which the customer will have read and accepted beforehand—as well as the rest of the legal texts and policies on the Website. Mariscal.com provides information on this website regarding its artworks and their characteristics. It does so with the utmost diligence and accuracy to ensure greater security and guarantees for the customer. The information included in the description is not binding on either the customer or Mariscal until the order is confirmed. Mariscal presents its artworks on the Website with colors and details that are as realistic as possible. However, the colors displayed on screen and other details may differ slightly from those of the actual artwork due to the technical processes involved in reproduction and presentation on the Website. If you have any questions, please contact our technical department before making a purchase.

The amounts for each item are listed including taxes. The order will not be processed until the Customer clicks “Accept” on the confirmation screen. The Customer may cancel or abort the purchase process at any time and exit the process. Once the purchase is confirmed and payment is made, the Customer will receive a confirmation message within 24 hours detailing the amounts paid and the information about the artwork purchased.

Mariscal will not ship the order until it receives confirmation that the customer has made the payment.

The terms regarding amounts and delivery times are fully valid for purchases made from member states of the European Union. For non-EU countries, the amounts indicated do not include customs duties or other fees related to procedures carried out by the customs authorities of the customer’s country of residence. Mariscal shall not be liable for delays resulting from customs procedures. The documents resulting from the purchase process will be stored electronically and will be permanently available to the Customer.

Although Mariscal strives to ensure that the items listed on its Website are always available, there may be exceptional cases where the item requested by the Customer is not in stock. In such cases, Mariscal will inform the Customer of the timeframe within which the selected product will be delivered. If it is impossible to provide the product, Mariscal may offer the Customer a product of equivalent quality and price. The customer may reject these alternatives, in which case Mariscal will be obligated to immediately refund the amounts paid by the customer.

Mariscal ships orders via a transportation or courier company. The maximum delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment confirmation. Mariscal will notify the Customer of any delivery delays that may occur unexpectedly. Delivery is considered complete once the carrier delivers the product to the customer.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify that the order received is in good condition and, if necessary, to notify Mariscal of any issues they may find. The Customer may contact Mariscal, who will assist them and propose a solution that meets their needs. In the event of a return due to damage or an error in the shipment, all costs will be borne by Mariscal. Returns will be accepted provided that the item has not been used and is returned in the same condition. European regulations promote the resolution of e-commerce disputes through arbitration. We offer you different payment methods, totally secure, you choose.

To pay by credit card, we'll direct you to a secure page through our bank's payment gateway, where you can enter your information to complete the payment securely. Terms and conditions of shipment

For shipments to Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands):

  • Orders over €50: FREE shipping.

  • Orders of €50 or less: €6.90 shipping.

For all other destinations, shipping costs are shown in the purchase confirmation according to the destination. Shipments are delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, we will process it on the next business day.

Returns and Exchanges Policy. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days to return a product. If you have decided that you do not want a product, you may return it within the specified period, without needing to provide a reason and without any penalty. The period begins on the day of receipt. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Mariscal of your decision to withdraw from the purchase through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by certified mail, certified fax, or email). The notification must include the following information:

  • For the attention of (company name, full address, and email address).

  • I/We hereby notify you that I/we am/are withdrawing my/our request to purchase the artwork (identify XXX)

  • Ordered on/received on (enter order date).

  • Name of the consumer and user, or of the consumers and users.

  • Address of the consumer and user, or of the consumers and users.

  • Signature of the consumer and user or of the consumers and users (only if this form is submitted on paper).

  • Date.

If you cancel your order—provided that cancellation is applicable—we will refund all payments received. We will issue this refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after we receive the products and verify their condition. Shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed and are your responsibility.

In any case, returns of artwork will only be accepted if they are received in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Returns of artwork and items that have been made exclusively for the customer will not be accepted. 

In any case, if the product you receive is not the one you ordered, is not in good condition, or has any other issue, please contact us within 14 days—by phone or email—and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. If your contact is made on a weekend or holiday, we will process it on the next business day.
