Re-edition of the poster produced for the 1992 edition of the Houston International Festival, whose theme that year was "Salute to Spain and the New World" and for which Mariscal created an original reinterpretation of Velázquez's Meninas.
The Houston International Festival, also known as iFest, is a contemporary, multidisciplinary, multicultural arts and music festival held annually in Houston, Texas. The annual downtown event celebrates music, dance and cultures from around the world.
