A house to fall in love with, Casa Ugalde de Coderch built in 1951 on a hill in Caldas d'Estrac. The premise of Mr. Ugalde was to preserve the place and enjoy it: a plot located on the top of the mountain, with many pine trees and sea views. The topography of the site determines the construction, the building seeks its space in the middle of the forest, where it grows with discretion and respect for the environment. Preserving the maximum number of trees.
