FASHION TRAFFICKING
(1980-1992)
Tráfico de Modas was much more than a brand: a collective project based on creativity, affection and the desire to dress an era.
It was a Valencian fashion design collective born from the creative impulse of a group of young people in the midst of the cultural effervescence of the 80s. They were committed to textile and graphic experimentation, with an identity marked by playfulness, rebelliousness and family collaboration. Screen-printed T-shirts, carefree designs and unconventional fashion shows defined a brand that fled from fashions to create its own language. They participated in catwalks such as Gaudí, Cibeles and Neomoda (Milan), and their trajectory culminated in a unique proposal within the national design scene, until the change of production and commercial model caused its closure.
