LA PINEDA
1999-2008
One of the most representative symbols of La Pineda is the sculptural group that bears the same name. The 24 meters high and 130 tons of weight of the eight pines that make up this work.
Embellish the promenade symbolizing sustainability, projection and urbanism. The first four pines were installed in 1999 and the remaining four in 2008.
This sculpture, made of steel and copper, has allowed to promote around the world the territory of Vila-seca, the Pineda Platja, as its image was adapted as the logo of the Patronat Municipal de Turisme de Vila-seca.
